Offer research & lead definition
Concise, sourced competitor and offer research; a price hypothesis; a written rule for what counts as a relevant lead.
Assisted launches for agencies · $999 per launch
Hand Launch Bureau a client brief and the account access. Review one concrete direction. Receive a researched offer, a name and identity, a published site with a working form, two ads and a short film, one capped Meta campaign and a plain report — as one piece of work, with fewer handoffs.
$999 once per launch. Client media spend and domain costs are separate and paid directly. Applying is free and creates no charge, subscription or confirmed booking.

Sequence and states illustrate the package; the internal demonstration below carries real dates.
The deliverable sequence · internal demonstration
Every stage below is shown with Warmstride, an HVAC brand Harvest launched for itself on September 10, 2026 to prove the process end to end. It is an internal demonstration, not a client engagement. Dates and figures are taken from its saved launch records.
Deliverable 01
One structured brief and the access we need: what the client sells, who buys, the deadline, the accounts. We confirm scope in writing before anything is made.
The scope confirmation: deliverables, timeline targets, what is separate.
A saved brief and access inventory both sides can point to.
For a client launch the same list is completed together at the start; a launch cannot be scheduled until every item is green.
Deliverable 02
Concise competitor and offer research with a source behind each line, a proposed price and scope to test, and a written definition of what counts as a relevant lead.
A one-page offer summary and the lead definition.
The sourced research, the price hypothesis and the qualification rule the form will enforce.
Deliverable 03
Three naming directions with live domain checks and price quotes, then one selected identity: logo, palette, type, voice, social card and a short brand guide.
Three directions with their domain options; then the identity board for the one you choose.
Editable logo files, palette and type specifications, a social card and the brand guide PDF.
Manrope and Georgia; a rising W with an amber endpoint; voice: assured, warm, specific. Every value above came from the delivered brand guide.
Deliverable 04
A polished landing page and its supporting pages on the client’s domain, with a lead form that stores enquiries, flags test traffic and keeps first-touch attribution.
Desktop and mobile previews and one consolidated revision round.
The live site, DNS and HTTPS, the saved resource inventory and a working export of enquiries.

Registered Sep 10, 21:15 UTC · deployed Sep 10, 21:48 UTC · 47 public files verified against the build · stored test signup confirmed in the database.
Deliverable 05
Two still concepts in feed, square and vertical, one short captioned film and restrained hero motion, all inside an agreed production scope. Exact text, prices and logos are typeset, never generated.
Both concepts at final size and the film before anything is uploaded.
Placement-ready exports, the film in feed and vertical, and the editable masters.

Two concepts delivered for Warmstride, shown at their exported sizes. The 18-second film and hero motion are on warmstride.com/video.
Deliverable 06
One Meta campaign in the client’s account at a budget and duration they approve, with the destination, media, placements and attribution verified before it is enabled.
The plan: audience, budget, schedule, every ad’s copy and media, before activation.
A paused hierarchy you approve, then activation, then the effective states read back at every level.
The client’s own ad account is billed by Meta; Launch Bureau never spends on a client’s behalf. A campaign can be prepared and left paused if the client prefers.
Deliverable 07
Daily checks during the four-day window, then a final report that keeps platform delivery, site behaviour and lead quality separate, plus a private export of every enquiry.
The daily status and the final report.
The report, the lead export, editable assets, 30 days of hosting and the ownership handoff.
Internal demonstration, about 18 hours into a 96-hour window. These are Meta’s reported delivery figures at the time stated, not client results, and they do not establish demand for HVAC software or for this service.
The package
One fee covers research through report. Ownership of the assets, the domain, the accounts and the leads stays with you and your client. Media and domain costs are paid directly, at cost, with no markup.

Three naming directions with live domain checks; one selected identity with editable logo, palette, typography, voice, social card and a short brand guide.

Pricing
For an agency owner or head of delivery with a client brand or offer to launch in the next 60 days, who would rather review a finished direction than coordinate six tools and four people.
Applying is free and creates no charge, subscription or confirmed booking. A written scope and proposal come first; the fee is invoiced only when you accept it. No monthly subscription is required.
Launch Bureau delivers a marketing launch. Building the client’s product, fulfilling their service and running marketing beyond the agreed campaign are separate scope. Every figure shown from Warmstride is Harvest’s own internal demonstration, dated, and not a client outcome.
Questions
US agency owners and heads of delivery at roughly 5–49-person agencies who launch four or more client brands or offers a year and have an actual project inside 60 days. Venture studios and repeat founders are welcome to apply; we review them separately.
We review your role, launch frequency, next project and account readiness, then send a written scope and a proposal for the $999 launch. Nothing is charged, and no delivery is booked, until you accept that proposal in writing.
A brief (what the client sells, who buys, the deadline, existing assets), access to or creation of the ad account and Page, a decision on the domain, and one named decision-maker for reviews. The access checklist is completed together before work starts.
The client, directly and at cost. Media is billed by Meta to the client’s own account at the budget they approve; the domain is bought or connected at the live registrar quote. Launch Bureau never spends on a client’s behalf and adds no markup.
One consolidated revision round on the reviewed direction. Further rounds, additional campaigns or other platforms are quoted separately before they start.
Pilot targets are a reviewable direction within two business days and publication within five, counted from complete inputs and access. Platform reviews and access delays are outside our control; they are recorded and reported, not promised away.
Your client. Editable assets, the domain, the accounts and every lead are theirs. The site stays hosted for 30 days after handoff, with a written path to move or keep it.
No. Warmstride is a brand Harvest launched for itself on September 10, 2026 to prove the sequence end to end. It is shown as an internal demonstration with its recorded dates and Meta-reported figures. No external client launch has been delivered yet; this pilot is how the first ones will happen.
Harvest is separately testing a self-serve launcher for founders doing the work themselves. It is a different offer with a different scope; if you saw it first, tell us in the optional questions so we can keep the two apart.
