Assisted launches for agencies · $999 per launch

Your next client launch, from brief to live.

Hand Launch Bureau a client brief and the account access. Review one concrete direction. Receive a researched offer, a name and identity, a published site with a working form, two ads and a short film, one capped Meta campaign and a plain report — as one piece of work, with fewer handoffs.

$999 once per launch. Client media spend and domain costs are separate and paid directly. Applying is free and creates no charge, subscription or confirmed booking.

The deliverable sequence · internal demonstration

Seven things you receive,
in the order they’re made.

Every stage below is shown with Warmstride, an HVAC brand Harvest launched for itself on September 10, 2026 to prove the process end to end. It is an internal demonstration, not a client engagement. Dates and figures are taken from its saved launch records.

Deliverable 01

Hand over the brief.

One structured brief and the access we need: what the client sells, who buys, the deadline, the accounts. We confirm scope in writing before anything is made.

You review

The scope confirmation: deliverables, timeline targets, what is separate.

You receive

A saved brief and access inventory both sides can point to.

The brief Warmstride, as recorded

Business
An AI communications and estimate-recovery workflow for residential HVAC contractors.
Buyer
Owners and operations managers at 5–49-person HVAC locations.
Deadline
Publish and enable a four-day Meta test within the same working session.
Accounts
Existing Cloudflare, Meta Page and ad account, Pixel; domain to be bought.

Access checklist Confirmed before work starts

For a client launch the same list is completed together at the start; a launch cannot be scheduled until every item is green.

Everything above is Harvest’s own published work, shown to make the deliverables concrete. A client launch follows the same sequence with the client’s brief, accounts and approvals.

The package

Everything a launch needs.
Nothing that isn’t yours.

One fee covers research through report. Ownership of the assets, the domain, the accounts and the leads stays with you and your client. Media and domain costs are paid directly, at cost, with no markup.

01

Offer research & lead definition

Concise, sourced competitor and offer research; a price hypothesis; a written rule for what counts as a relevant lead.

02

Naming & identity

Three naming directions with live domain checks; one selected identity with editable logo, palette, typography, voice, social card and a short brand guide.

03

Website

A polished landing page and the supporting pages it needs, responsive, with working lead capture and one qualifying question.

04

Creative

Two still concepts exported for feed and vertical, one short captioned film, restrained hero motion — within the agreed production scope.

05

Publication

Domain connection or purchase at a live quote, DNS and HTTPS, deployment, and a saved inventory of every resource created.

06

Campaign

One Meta campaign in the client’s account at a budget and duration they approve; destination and media verified before activation.

07

Checks, report & export

Daily checks during one four-day campaign, a final report that separates delivery from leads, and a private lead export.

The client’s Meta spend, at the budget they approve, billed by Meta to their account. The demonstration ran at $140 over four days.

Registration and renewals at the live registrar quote; recent launches cost $10–15 a year.
More than one round
One consolidated revision round is included. Further rounds, extra campaigns or platforms are quoted separately.

Questions

Plain answers,
before you apply.

Who is this for?

US agency owners and heads of delivery at roughly 5–49-person agencies who launch four or more client brands or offers a year and have an actual project inside 60 days. Venture studios and repeat founders are welcome to apply; we review them separately.

What happens after I apply?

We review your role, launch frequency, next project and account readiness, then send a written scope and a proposal for the $999 launch. Nothing is charged, and no delivery is booked, until you accept that proposal in writing.

What do I need to provide?

A brief (what the client sells, who buys, the deadline, existing assets), access to or creation of the ad account and Page, a decision on the domain, and one named decision-maker for reviews. The access checklist is completed together before work starts.

Who pays for media and the domain?

The client, directly and at cost. Media is billed by Meta to the client’s own account at the budget they approve; the domain is bought or connected at the live registrar quote. Launch Bureau never spends on a client’s behalf and adds no markup.

How many revisions are included?

One consolidated revision round on the reviewed direction. Further rounds, additional campaigns or other platforms are quoted separately before they start.

How long does it take?

Pilot targets are a reviewable direction within two business days and publication within five, counted from complete inputs and access. Platform reviews and access delays are outside our control; they are recorded and reported, not promised away.

Who owns the work?

Your client. Editable assets, the domain, the accounts and every lead are theirs. The site stays hosted for 30 days after handoff, with a written path to move or keep it.

Is Warmstride a client?

No. Warmstride is a brand Harvest launched for itself on September 10, 2026 to prove the sequence end to end. It is shown as an internal demonstration with its recorded dates and Meta-reported figures. No external client launch has been delivered yet; this pilot is how the first ones will happen.

Do you have a self-serve option?

Harvest is separately testing a self-serve launcher for founders doing the work themselves. It is a different offer with a different scope; if you saw it first, tell us in the optional questions so we can keep the two apart.
